Most all dogs large or small come in 2 times a year or every 6 months. However you look at it.

Some every 6 months, some it is longer between, some shorter.
I have a bit ch that comes in every 3-4 months. It is different for each one.

female dogs have two seasons a year as long as they dont get pregnant. if so they usually bleed 6 months after the puppies are born.

It depends - in general, small breeds come in every 6 months, while larger breeds can go 9 months to a year.
