I would think so since one is a minor and the other is considered an adult. Their is a certain bias though if the 20 year old is female and the minor 15 most people don't consider it a bad thing.

Sort of, as long as sex isn't involved and parents ocnsent, but it could still be considered stalking. why would any mature 20 year old date a 15 year old that is just asking for trouble really. I mean 20 and 25 is different because bothe parties are adults...

it might be illeagal but mostly likely only if they are having sex. also it all sould not be blamed on the 20 yr old if the 15 year old agrees with it, u no. every situation is different.

As far as I know and the few lawyers in my life, there is no lower age limit on dating. It would be up to the parents of the younger dater as to what age he or she could go out with. However there is sometimes a willingness to do more than just kiss, hug and hold hands while dating, so be careful.

That really all depends on where you live. I live in Canada, and know of this guy who is 21 (or 23) who is having sex with on a regular basis a fifteen year old. So, move to Manitoulin Island, where everything (even dating your own cousin) isn't legal, but no one cares. I personally think that is pedophilia, but its working for them.

It is not illegal if they are just dating, but I can't see why a 20 yr old would want to date a 15 yr old, unless their is sex involved. Can we say: PEDOPHILE?????

No. It is not illegal. Sex is allowed with parents consent.
However, if you are the one who is 15, then you need to be very careful. 20 year olds hanging around people your age have something slightly wrong with them.

what is wrong with you?? you cant find someone your own age or that person who u want to date cant find someone his/her own age? if you are the 15 year old one...try harder you will find someone your age. if you are the 20 years old one then leave children alone.
