See this previous question, with my answer (user name ricochet) about finding and selling goods and selling a service on eBay to make money.
Plan B - Set up a simple, even 1 page, website that is on a topic so popular you get millions of vistors a day (I leave that bit to you). Register the site with search engines and look at cheap ways of advertising it. Carry adverts from the google adsense service. Get a commission from google every time someone clicks on of the ad links to go to someone else's site. Alternatively, carry ads from the Amazon associates program taking people to an amazon page for a popular book, such as a slushy romance paperback or tom clancy novel. Its a brilliant plan. I'm sure no-ones thought of it before.

Well, you'll only go to jail (or hell) for selling most of that stuff. And yes, businesses are making tons of money on the net everyday selling everything in the world! Just be creative and just do what you already know and sell it on the net.

i read this book where a guy was running a prison dating service. like he would take the letters from inmates and type them up nicely then post them on the internet and women would respond and visit the inmates. pretty weird but he made a lot of money off it. then again that was a book.

yes follow the formula. 1.make an @ss of yourself on the web and sell advertising. 2. come up with something addictive to keep people occupied for hours mindlessly (myspace,youtube,yahoo answers,) and sell the web site....

My cousin would find something that people didn't know how to describe it, buy it, then give it a better description and sell it.

upload your own unique videos on google and put a price on them google.com gives a good percenage of the money your video gets (it's free to upload by the way)
