Being a good person and a role model can be a difficult thing. Perhaps you need a new passtime or hobby to help change things around a little.
Try to avoid the bad influences they might seem like the wild and crazy things but in the end they can only hurt your.
Remember your kids and husband depend on you so just try to change a few things and see how that goes.
If nothing else really works you can always take a nice vacation and try some thrilling things like SkyDiving or Bungee Jumps.

Good Luck and God Bless

This could be the awakening to a whole new outlook on life. Many of us are brainwashed by expectations and the media to chase the american dream of materialism and 9 to 5 jobs. A family is a good thing, I hope you stay by their side. But open your mind and stop watching TV. Spend time outdoors and find friends you enjoy talking to. Stop obsessing about money and keeping up with the neighbors. Live a little.

Maybe, like some 1 else said you need a new hobby or motivation. I went thru the same thing. I used to be a party animal, but I settled down, at first, it was so boring but I finally got the hang of it. Maybe you should try this, go to site below. It has helped cope with boredom and family altogether.

You need to start living for you. Having a family can drain you and so you need "Me" time. Time just for you.
You need to get active with your interests. Get hobbies, make money from home, join a club, make new friends, take a college class or city offered classes, start a journal, write, or more. Find something you are interested in and learn to do it.
Also, most people feel good about themselves when they help others. I was in the rut you state when my kids were small. To get out of it I taught Sunday School. When that got to be repititious I volunteered my time working with kids. I worked in the 4-H group and loved it. I taught kids many classes. Later I got involved with the Civil Air Patrol and taught kids aerospace education. How did I know about Planes and Rockets? I knew nothing and decided to learn it so that I could teach the kids. It opened up so many doors. I started flying, traveling with my kids and the kids in the group, I learned military protocol and helped kids grow in leadership.
When you are busy doing things you love, being bored and acting out is not an option. Your kids will look at you differently and will strive to be like you. They love it when you are involved.
Get out of your rut. Learn something new. You dont have the time, the make the time? Give your kids and husband more chores to free up your time. Make life at home fun. Play board games with the kids, they will be grown up before you know it. It happened to mine and it can happen to yours. My grown men still come over to my home to play board games and we are all acting like kids again. They look forward to it.

i'm one hundred pc Mexican and look very white yet I genuinely love and am very proud to be Mexican. i become born and raised in united statesa. the place that's bigger to be "white". I hate to break it to you yet i'm no longer poorly knowledgeable, i don't have 5 childrens, I talk English and Spanish okay. in spite of all that i'm nonetheless Mexican (shocker isn't it?!). do no longer feel embarrassment approximately who you're, include all your cultures, you may study plenty from them, do no longer fall for each and all the stupid stereotypes and in basic terms be your self. those cultures you're so ignorantly ashamed of helped make who you're. Btw, don't be so enhanced once you do no longer even spell a great form of issues wisely.

I understand. Something is missing, right. You don't know who you are... and that's the real question you have to answer.
WHO ARE YOU?
