ok so im 13 go to school, and live in a quit area. I get an average of 3-5 headaches a day. Some are worse than others. Is there a medical condition that causes this? Why is it happening? and What can be done to stop it?

BTW my mom was a RN and my dad is a retired paremedic just to tell you.

Ask them about cluster headaches.. or check in the search for them.

there are so many causes for headaches. best way to figure it out is to see a naturopath who treats the whole person, but some causes are caffeine withdrawal, stress, sinus, tension, a misaligned spine, other injuries, for instance, I have a separated shoulder, and the separation pulls on muscles, that causes headaches, chemical imbalances can cause headaches, hormonal imbalances can cuase headaches, and it could be a food that you may be eating that may effect you personally this way. it also could be lack of sleep. hope this helps--also there is an herb that helps with headaches, it is called feverfew
