I am trying to eat healthy and now im losing weight very fast I don't want to lose any weight at all,I am 6-1 and I need to weight at least 200lbs and im losing it very fast Im thinking about going back to eating the way I was but I don't want to die early so what should I do,If I eat bad they say you can get a heart attack now im eating healthy and Im just withering away to nothing and yes im eating good size portions several times a day also.

Well eat foods that are high in fats and carbs and proteins, but the RIGHT kind of them. You will be healthy and it will help you to gain weight.

Eat avocados - they are one of the highest sources of natural fat which is GOOD for you. Eat red meats, lots of eggs, and other high-fat dairy products (like milk, cheese, yogurts) - they are high in protein and will help you to gain weight. Eat LOTS of whole grain carbs - whole grain bread, pastas, brown rice, etc.

Keep the veggies in your diet - the vitamins will help you maintain a good weight. It will also help you out to do weight lifting to keep some muscle. It sounds like you can eat pretty much however much you want - eat large portions, since you have a high metabolism. The only thing you'd have to keep track of, then, is your cholesterol, because of the red meat and eggs.

According to the Body Mass Index (a measure of your weight/height ratio), you would be considering normal weight at 6' 1" anywhere from 140 pounds-189 pounds. 200 pounds would be considered overweight.

Make sure you are eating healthy foods, and getting enough protein, carbs, and iron. If you are still concerned, you should see your doctor about setting up a diet plan that will keep you at a steady (but not too fast) weight loss pace.

No, you aren't going to permanently lose weight that way, because 3 Slim Fast bars a day is not enough calories for you. I'm not sure of the exact amount of calories per bar, but if you don't eat enough, you're body will go into starvation mode. That will make it extremely difficult to lose weight, and even if you lose a couple pounds, you will gain those back plus more when you start to eat again. Try to consume about 1500-1600 calories per day to start and see how that goes. Make sure to incorporate all food groups for a well balanced diet. It's as important to eat enough as it is to not eat too much.

If you need to be 200lb then this should be in muscle form,not fat.
You are losing weight because you are carrying too much fatty tissue by the sounds of it.It looks like you need to lift weights to bulk up your muscles and eat a high calorie intake of protein.
A good gym instructor will beable to give you all the advice you need.

You need a balanced diet not just a totally healthy one. Make sure your eating fatty foods enough (at least once a day) and eat chocolate and treats after dinner because it is better for teeth and digestive system.

You most likely have lowered your calories drastically and getting on a calorie based meal plan that is around what your body needs is what will work for you.
Also you can replace the fat loss with muscle and go work out!
