Probably. You need to keep it warm and get milk replacer from the pet food store. Do not feed cow's milk. Also get the pup to a vet and talk to her/him about how to care for the pup.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with pitbulls, they get a bad wrap because a bunch of morons decided to breed and fight them. pits are sweet natured to people and if you get them young enough and socialize them they can be great with other dogs too. im sure if you rescue him/her it will thank you EVERY DAY!!!

Yes you can, but its going to be hard work! You need to take it to a vet to get it checked out and have him give you some milk formula to feed it by a bottle. 4 weeks is is really young, typically dogs are given away at 8 weeks.
