What are her interests? Her hobbies? Does she collect anything which you may want to add? Which stores does she often go to when you go to malls? Is there something she wants badly now?
Hope the questions above will help you think what you can give to her, it doesn't matter how much it cost (as long as you don't have to rob or borrow money to buy for it) as long as you are sincere, it's the best.

this is where the ladies set us up! no think really hard and see if she mentioned anything about her childhood that she really loved. example...on the tv show "everybody loves raymond", raymond gets debra her favorite book in first edition...stuff that'll get her in the heart. don't get some generic gift like flowers, a card and chocolate. those are overdone. something that makes her think of good times....that's the way to go.

Jewelry, usually. Like a nice diamond ring or necklace or something. or a car, women like those also. stay away from vaccuum cleaners and kitchen appliances.
