yes - they are great for a diet

but be warned, prawns have a high salt content so don't make a habit of eating to much especially if you suffer from a high blood pressure.

Any kind of prawn is low in fat and calories... they're mainly made up of water I think...

cholesterol is neither good or bad it is the carrier of the cholesterol..

that is why the ratio of HDL:LDL is more important than your total cholesterol...
