What is your favoirte theme and activities for an 18+ party of about 100+ (men and women)?

Casino themed...I've hired dealers and tables and all of that. Turned the whole area into Vegas. Everyone had fun and those who didn't know how to play games, learned w/o losing acutal money!!

I love Kareoke and so does everyone else, even those who dont usually sing! Also flip-cup or beer pong for those 21 and up. As far as card games go I like Kings, or a small round of poker.
