I work out regularily and i tone really well in the abs and that's usually where i loose weight first. i've slimmed down a lot but larger upper thighs run in my family and i can not get them to slim down!!! i'm 5'10 and 135 and my lower area still looks like i haven't lost any weight. they are starting to tone but any suggestions?

It doesn't sound like you have a fitness problem to me. You sound quite fit.

Girl I know what you are talking about! lol We call those the Lowe Thighs in my family. Check out the website below for excercises to tone your thighs and slim them up.
I've been doing them for years aiming to keep the big thighs away. And also keep your eye on the site later for a new article on loosing the pear shape.
The next article will be based more on slimming the thighs.
For now I'll tell ya to do a switch up excercise of both intense cardio and light cardio, that involves toning as well as pilates.

remembeerrrr muscle weighs more than fattttt im 115 lbs andd 5"4 with about 4% body fat how does that figure?

lots of lunges and squats. beside you dont what chicken legs. firm thighs are sexy.

yeah try not to eat any foods that may contain sulfuric acids.
