Ok, If you are manic, first you need drug therapy, but you also need to be seeing a psychologist for emotional therapy. In the being, try to stay busy. Find something that you have always thought was interesting, and learn everything you can about it. Immerse yourself in learning or exercising. Some type of activity that does not include drinking, drugs, or violent behvior.

well i have what they call clinical depression and they have put me on some depression meds and after ive been on them for about a month i can tell a big difference .so if you have not went to a doctor yet you need to start there and then mabe you should think about talking to some one it always seems to help when you can get things off your chest and out of your mind and try to stay away from negativaty and negative people stay with people that are happy and up beat with a possitive attitude its at least a start to a better you.

go out sometimes and have fun, if you can't go out take some shot of tequila, that always helps my grandpa when he is in severe depression.
