It's an automatic response from your brain. People need to eat to survive. If you don't eat your body will just feed on itself and you'll whither away and eventually die.
Hunger is a result of evolution (not just for people, it developed in animals millions of years ago) figuring out how to make animals eat regularly.
People should eat regularly anyway. If they're consistently doing proper exercise then underating will ruin their progress.
You really shouldn't try to ignore or "turn off" your hunger (I don't believe in hoodia's or other hunger-suppression aids' effectiveness anyway). People should try to develop a healthy nutrition plan that involves frequent eating.
Fitness models and other people who need to be lean for a living eat ALL THE TIME.

when the stomach become empty it sends message to the brain and u will start feeling hungry .
