He told me out of all the time that I can remember 3 times that he love me. But lately we don't see each other that much, I don't know if it because I never gave him a response. But I told him I care about him.

a year and two months is pretty long. maybe you are in a down area in your relationship. you guys might be getting bored and such. if you really deeply care about him. call him up and tell him you love him. i mean a year and two months is too much to trow away just because you didn't say you loved him. many people struggle just to get that far.
