Any ideas on how to drop weight quickly with in a 10 week period?

excercise walk around the block about 30 mins. a day no FAST FOOD FOR DINNER TRY LEAN chicken and broccoli or half a baked potatoe , have a bowl of cereal for breakfeast and a salad at lunch!


but i would rlly recommend goin to weight watchers for 10 weeks then you'll know how much your losing and you'll lose at least 15-25 pounds
