In the REAL world? Maybe this guy?

"NEW YORK: Bala Murali Ambati, a New York-based Indian-American, staked his claim to become the world's youngest doctor when he graduated last week from Mt. Sinai Medical School, two months before his 18th birthday. The New York state legislature has had to pass a special exception allowing Bala to practice medicine because he is still far below the required age of 21."

There is someone who entered medical school 3 years ago and he was 12 years old. I think he went to University of Chicago or something. He's probably 15 by now and he's going to be 16 when he gets his MD. So as of now, the person who got his MD at age 21 is the youngest.
