A doctor can help you make better decisions about eating, and since you're so young he will know what is best for your age. Diets made for adults will be VERY bad for you and might stop you from growing! The doctor will just know what to do. :)

You don't need a doctor.....you need to eat less and exercise more. Your parents should be controlling how much and what you are eating, so if you are 10 years old and overweight....I blame THEM. There is no reason a child should be overweight. You need to lose about 20 lbs.
Stop eating fast/junk food and don't drink sodas. That's a start.
