Noxema works for me. Just put a dab on when the pimple is just starting and it will go down in a few hours.

Give it up Honey! The best you can do is minimize acne. It will be there until ur body decides not to have it there anymore. You're going to have to find product through trial and error. First find a cleanser. Use the entire bottle before you decide if you like it or not 2 times a day. If it seems to make it worst cut back to once a day until it makes it worst for over a week. Get rid of it! I use Ambi (great for women of color) and I have used Aveeno which is really good too. After you have found you're cleanser then introduce an acne moisturizer. This way u'll know what ur face is reacting to. When you find one you like through in a spot treatment. Good luck!

I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then fifteen times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I got from those who voted it as the best answer,

Drink plenty of water, don't ever put your hands on your face, if you have to, use the backs of your hands because you are not transferring as much dirt. At night when you wash your face, you can use regular rubbing alcohol for the acne which dries them up overnight, whatever you do please do not pick at them. They will clear up in no time. Just don't obsess, and don't use a lot, just enough on one cotton ball should be enough for your whole face.

here i just found this out hope it helps... here u go!!!

Pore Cleaning Strips
You COULD just pop into the drug store and buy these...but at approximately $10 per package, it will put a dent in your wallet. Get beautiful clear skin for free!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Mix two ingredients and microwave for 10 seconds to slightly warm. Using a clean cosmetic brush, apply to nose and chin area. Avoid delicate eye area. Rinse brush immediately. Allow mixture on nose and chin to dry for 10-15 minutes. Mixture will dry quite stiff and form a "stiff film." Peel off the film and stare at all the little porcupine quills that used to be in your nose pores

well, what works for me is a homemade mask and a routine that i use every day:
mask for night:
add 1 cup of lemon juice to 3/4 cup of milk
mix
then add 1 cup of sugar (not powdered!!)
it should make a paste
apply to face and leave on for ten minutes then rinse of with
hot water.
i do that every night and it gave me amazing results
also once a week steam your face
boil a pot of water and put in boil make sure steam is coming from it hold your face over it but not in it! and put a towel to keep steam in do this for about 20 minutesit removes dirt from your pores to prevent further acne.
after u have done that for 20 minutes rinse your face with cool water and let your face dry by itself(meaning dont dry with a towel or anything)
well really hope it helps! and GOOD LUCK!

aspirin can help to clear your skin if you're not allergic to bha. bha clears pores from within, you shld see clearer skin and smaller pores after 2-3 wks. you can either do a toner (mix mashed up aspirin and water, apply as per other toners) or a mask (mix mashed up aspirin and water into a paste, you may add honey for extra moisture, or your facial cleanser or another mask, to make the paste stick to your face better).

i've also heard of ppl using salt to apply on their pimples. salt is antibacterial, and thus may help abit. however, do not apply salt paste to open wounds! it'll sting like mad.. haha
