Will he still be able to travel everywhere except to the US? He is still here in Central Florida.

What dognhorse said is correct. If he's overstayed his visa over 1 year then he is subject to a 10 year ban. No he will not get his British passport revoked, the american government cant do that. But when he tries to re-enter the usa, it will come up that he has overstayed his visa previously and will be denied entry.

Both prior answers are wrong, of course: The US government cannot revoke a British citizen's passport; he is not barred forever.

However, since, he was deported, CBP will have a record. If he tries to return, he will not be admitted, but will be immediately sent back to where he came from. Since he was there illegally for more than one year, he cannot return for ten years. See section 212(a)(9)(B)(i)(ll) of the Immgration and Nationality Act, which says:
"Any alien ... who ... has been unlawfully present in the United States for one year or more, and who again seeks admission within 10 years of the date of such alien's departure or removal from the United States,is inadmissible."

They have to stay out for like 5 or 10 years. I'm not sure which is which. But there's a way they can apply and pay a fee to wave the wait time inorder to come in again.

No, because his passport will be revoked, and he will have to sign up for a new one and when he goes to do that he will be immiedetly denied and put onto a list of people being denied visas and passports etc.

Who ever this guy is he's an idiot and can get in a sh!tload of trouble for what he's doing.

It is generally a 10 year ban if you are deported.

He can never come back. He made a huge mistake. It's not like the US makes it hard for brits to come in and out...too bad.

*thanks for the correction.
