think it because of USAs pressure on Israel to divide Her land?

The Lord allowed Hurricane Katrina after US pressured Israel to withdraw from Gaza. (land for land).

Well when we (USA) persuade Israel to do things leaving Her open to terrorist attacks, the LORD God will allow us to be opened to terrorist attacks too. As I see it.

I never really thought about what Hurricane Katrina being a punishment, but I do think you are right. I heard about Pat's prediction on Fox News and they also said that he makes a prediction every year about this time. I just hope he's not right.

The End of Days prophesies will all be self fulfilling prophesies. Where really stupid people like Robertson convince other people to make him right, rather than them pursuing a life of wonder and beauty and protecting the planet that they all share.

Robertson predicted that Florida was having all its wild fires because of Orlando hoisting the Gay Flag. More Christian homes and churches were burned and threatened than anything owned by Gays. Orlando proper was never in harms way, so much for Robertson's being in touch with God. He is just touched and not in a good way!

Pat Robertson is no different than the psychics he ridicules. He has no inside information. He is just guessing.

I think it is entirely possible that the elections have been so close because Pat is a Republican and claims the Republican party is God's party and when he predicts Bush will; win easily, but then is elected by such a narrow margin that the electorial collage has to decide, that may be God's way of trying to shut the man up. It is also possible the recent democratic narrow win in congress is God'a way of trying to shut the man up.

I am pagan and Republican, but I find it difficult to keep voting for people when they deny us pagans our rights and keep claiming the Republican party is for the Christians. I know many gays who are Republicans also, but they have this same problem because it seems republicans want only Christians, and this will be their downfall.

Pat Robertson is a loon and has yet to have a single one of his "prophetic statements" come true. All he wants is the checks from all the sheeple,he also takes credit cards,so he can be a very rich man and live a life of luxury while many of his followers send him money they can ill afford due to their ignorance. Personally I wish someone would put a bullet in his nugget but the world is never that lucky,if only the good die young Pat will live to be a very old man indeed.

1) If a terrorist attack happens in 2007, it will have nothing to do with God, Israel or Pat Robertson -- just like the last terrorist attack had nothing to do with God, Israel or Pat Robertson.

2) Do you have any idea how it sounds to a non-Christian when you say that God "opens us up" to terrorist attacks? Or that he allowed one of the worst hurricanes in American history? What kind of God is that? What kind of "father" is that?

I don't think one needs to be a prophet to predict a major terrorist attack on the US in 2007. As the terrorists universally believe that a Democrat controlled government in the US serves their purposes, they will attempt to 'persuade' those leaders to retreat and capitulate via attacks on the US homeland. Much as they did in Spain with devasting effect.

Pat Robertson claims GOD speaks to him. Pat Robertson CLAIMS that he has "a pretty good track record". Besides this claim being flat out WRONG, doesn't it bother you in the least that what Pat Robertson is REALLY claiming is that sometimes GOD is WRONG or in other words GOD sometimes misses?) (or consider the other really likely possiblity, that Mr. Robertson is WRONG!)

or maybe a son of righteousness prayed to God to Make judgments upon USA, and to destroy the most wicked in the land.
i know i want to see for and have prayed that SEATTLE be destroyed and a giant wave can be the preferred way to do it. I know that many people soothesay that several cities in USA will be destroyed or might be destroyed.
i dont care how many righteous people are destroyed, to them God will show mercy, but How many nations in the generation are more like Sodom and gomorah then theyare like the society of Enoch who walked with god and was taken? absolutely none are like Enoch, not today, not anymore. All of them can be snuffed out in a terrible hour. Only the remnant of the righteous will be saved.
So i dont believe its an eye for eye, it could be a trap to ensnare thost that build the trap, but i might be just a judgment against evil. those that are righteous, though they are dead will live in grace and mercy.

no longer except you talk that "wingnut" to be a prophet. Katrina took land via fact the dyke broke. i think of the Lord does no longer take the lives of the human beings that died as an act of revenge. i do no longer understand what faith you persist with yet superstition is breaking the 1st Commandment.

Pat Robertson's "prophecy" is tantamount to fortune telling, which is considered a serious sin among his ilk.

From an Orthodox perspective there is only one word that accurately describes this "prophecy": HERESY!
