She wishes she had a girl. I have three boys, that I love very much but I wish I had a girl. I am not jealous of my friends with girls but I am envious. They get to have tea parties, I get to play trucks in the mud.

I understand why she would be jealous. If she wanted a girl and was willing to try 4 times to get one and all she got was boys she could be mad at GOD I know that it makes no sense to be mad at GOD but that is how it feels sometimes. I have 3 boys. I would have liked to have a girl because I love to sew and make dresses. The first grandchild........ A boy I used to feel the same way as your friend when I see a friend of mine that has 3 beautiful and smart girls I feel what sin did I commit that made GOD want to give me all boys?????
I have come to my senses and I now realize that I have never had to deal with "the hair" I have never had to deal with having the most "IN" fashion. I spent a day with little girls at a brithday party once and I came home and hugged my boys soooo tight they yelled MOM what is wrong with you... God gives us what we can ahndle it may not always be what we want. She will get over it if she learsn to accept what she has.

I am jealous too. I have two sons and i love them so much. They are wonderful but i still have such a strong desire to have a daughter. I can't really explain why, i just do. I want that mother/daughter relationship like i have with my mom.

Me being a mother of two boys no girls. I wanted a girl so bad. To put in pretty dress and cheerleading and all kinds of things. But nope I have two boy. I am not Jealous but I would think because when you want something so bad and can not have it it hurts a little. Let her spend time with her and spoil her. My friends do. All there grils are spoiled and my boys by them. It is hard to explain. But let her spend alone time with her to let her know how it is to have one around.

I have no idea. I would take a gaggle of boys over a single girl anyday.
Girls are so complicated and tiring. Boys are simple. They just make more sense to me.
Probably why iam having a boy. lol. Although someday a baby girl will be excellent. Its the teenage stage i fear! :P

because having a daughter is so great because they get tell u everything like about boys well when there young and they do all that stuff and o they like to go shopping with u

I have a boy and a girl. I wanted my girl so bad, but fortunately or unfortunately, now she is JUST like me. Little girls a fun, but so are boys.
