You're yogurt is expired, according to shelf life! If you were to open this container of yogurt and not notice a distinct odor or smell to that of decaying or spoiling milk, then I would tend to believe that it has been refrigerated at proper temperature and has avoided spoilage! Eat up and enjoy with some granola!

Food Safety Charts have it...that:
1) if unopened, yogurt may be used within 1-2 months if kept in freezer(-18C/0f) and should not pass the "best before date" otherwise - wich is refregerated (4C/40F),
2)once opened must be kept in fridge(4C/40F) and consumed within 2-3 days.
I, personally would consider using THAT yougurt of yours for cooking ( recepies calling for sour-milk/cream etc.),would be great for pankaces!!!Just make sure it overgoes high heating throug the food preparation process (60C/140F).
Remember, there must not gambling with your health! If in doubt-through that food away.

Hi there!

I honestly wouldn't eat it past the sell by or expiration date....if you still want to chance it though, do the smell test! Smell the yogurt, and if it smells the least bit sour or off, don't eat it. Hope this helps!! :)
