Ive shot at it a few times with an air rifle, and even hit it a couple of times, but it stays up there,and is really annoying me-will it claw me if I get a ladder and try to push it out of the tree?

I don't think shooting at it is the solution. Put on some gloves and a coat and help the poor thing out of the tree.

You shoot that cat and you can get arrested for animal cruelty, so you better stop doing that. If you don't like it crying , then call the police and they will figure out how to get it down. BTW, don't tell them you shot at it or you will get arrested and righfully so.

Find someone in your family, or neighborhood who LOVES animals- & tell them your cat is stuck in a tree. Maybe they'll feel sorry for IT- & come over & get it down for you...

if its up there, its probably scared to come down because there is an idiot like you down there. get real and help it down. otherwise leave it alone and use that air riffle on yourself.
