Why don't you ask him what he means by that?
Open minded could mean a lot of things--what I think that means might not be anything like what he thinks it means.

It means a girl that will not pass anything off. Someone that will think about doing anything once, not matter what it be. If he asked you to bring a friend home, you would think about which one looks the best... just an example. A girl that would actually be down for sex in public. now thats open minded. Get my drift.

it could mean a variety of things, BUT usually it means an open minded about sex; for example, three somes, oral sex, anal sex, etc.
