15 is a good age. the longer you wait the better. why rush it? just have a lot of friends that way you get to know them. boyfriends are just friends that you can kiss and do that type of thing with anyways

There is no specific age. Everyone mature differently. Wait until you know that you can handle the issues that arise in a relationship.

Any age if it's just a friend. If we're talking sex, I'd probably wait at least until 16.
You can lose your virginity only once.
Beyond that, if you feel love, you feel love, I don't think there's a specific age requirement to loving someone. Just don't go too fast.

when you feel emotionally ready for one. some people start at 9 years old and some people start at 25~
