I have a slim waist but there is still this unwanted fat i want to lose. I am a size 8/10 UK but sometimes the size 8 will be a bit too small and the size 10 way 2 big for my waist. I just want to go down to a size 8 everywhere so trousers and jeans will fit me perfectly!

Thanks.!

Buy a hula hoop and use it at least for 15 minutes a day, 4 times a week. I have only begun doing this 2 weeks ago, and I've already lost one inch in my waist. Just try to find one that is not too light because most of the plastic ones are too light and don't offer good resistance that it takes to burn the fat on the waist and to keep the hoop from constantly falling off of your waist. Try to keep your stomach muscles contracted as you do the rotations because it tones your stomach. In the beginning it may be difficult to do and you will only be able to do a few waist rotations before the hoop falls, but it's ok, just keep trying and each time you will be able to do it for longer and more effectively. What works for me is putting on my favorite, energetic music while I'm doing it and before you know it, five songs later you are done with your work out. Good luck to you, I know how difficult it is to find clothes that fit right.

I understand your problem. Of course for me I am exactly opposite because I am full figured and it is quite hard to find clothing that fits me properly. I have a personal tailor to do my clothes for me. But if you can't afford that, then I would advise you to buy the ready-made trousers and have them tapered/taken in at the waist by a seamstress. If you have a sewing machine then it's not that complicated to do. But believe me it is worth it to do things this way because even if you lose an inch or two in the waist, every clothing line is different and you never know what to expect. I bought some trousers the other day and discovered that they were six inches too long in the legs! I am certainly not petite so it was a shock. Best of luck.

Contrary to what a lot of people think, and what they will answer here, you cannot SPOT TARGET fat/weight loss. You can't just do an exercise to reduce inches in one particular area. Your body doesn't work like that. Do cardio and weight training 4-5x a week, cut your calories, and the fat will come off gradually from all over. That's the only way it can happen.

You can work the muscles around your waist, like with sidebends, but this DOESNT BURN FAT.
