I LIVE UNDER A PERSON THAT WALKS VERY HEAVEY TO POINT OF IT SOUNDS AS THOUGH HE IS STOMPING IT'S CONTINUAL ALL NIGHT LONG IT'S THE LENGTH OF THE UNIT HE OPENS AND SHUTS HIS SLIDING GLASS DOOR ALL NIGHT LONG AS WELL. I'M NEVER CERTIN TO GET A FULL NIGHTS SLEEP.

Complain to your manager first then you can call the police and say theres something going on and you are concerned for his safety, sounds like you may have a speed freak up there as addicts often do these things,
