No matter how many relationships you have/haven't been in, there is no "correct" answer to this question. It varies from person to person. You shouldn't just say it to anyone. If you do, it just cheapens the true emotion associated with it.
I've only said "I love you" to 2 people. The first time took me a year. My current boyfriend only took me a month. It's just when you feel it's right.
There's no wrong time to say it. Just take into effect the other person's feelings. Does it seem like they feel the same way about you? Are you truly in love with them? Are you just saying it because you feel pressured into doing so?
Don't be afraid to show your true emotions if you feel that strongly! Life is all about living!

Don't wait too long or you'll end up resenting why you waited this long!
We have a short life in this world, why have regrets because you wanted to wait some more....just find the right moment and speak with you heart. You'll know yourself when the moment is right, no one can tell you at this time and date you should tell a person their feelings...

It all revolves around timing and from my experiences you'll know then because all you're able to do is think about that person non-stop they'll always be on your mind. And it's funny for me my boyfirend and I were sitting in a restaurant and we both looked at each other and we ended saying we loved each other at the same time. Isn't love crazy?

I don't think you can necessarily put a time limit on something like that, but you should have enough time to get to know all aspects of a person. All their character flaws and all their great attributes should have time to shine through before you spout off I love you. You should know what it is that you love about that person first.

you can tell some one you love them as long as it is not the first month into the realtionship, that is just bad news. i don't want to here it any sooner that 3 or four months. mabey i am crazy but there is a thing such as too soon.

I wish I knew. I just told my boyfreiend of 7 months that I love him and he didn't say it back. When you feel it and you don't think it will scare them. Less than 2 or 3 months and I say it's not love.

think of it this way - you say it, and they ask you why? Can you answer that? And not with the superficial stuff, such as I like your eyes, or you treat me well....what does that person do on a daily basis that makes you feel the way you do. If you are not ready to say it, don't. I agree with Lori K - it's lost its meaning over the years...
