what types of nutrients? protein? fats and carbs but what else?

vitamin d. potassium, tryptophan, sugars, fats, protein, iron, phosophus (yes it has that too!)
riboflavin... vitamin b - 12 (brain food)
niacin, thiamine, magnesium....

all good for you really if you don't add breadding and oil.

eat it roasted.. broiled.. steamed.

calories?

it depends.. average summary is 216-400 on size, weight and part of the chicken.

and how lean it is.

chicken is high in protein. the leaner, the better. if it has fat on it, then yes, it is fatty. but lean, skinless, boneless chicken breast is high-protein, low-fat and very good for you.
