I have only been with prostitutes(7 times),sex is just not all I want,I want to love a girl and to be nice to her,but I don't know how to get near them.I have very little communication with girls at all,I'm not sure why.

For starters, no prostitues. That's a huge turn-off for women. But I'm sure you knew that. Have a friend go on a double date. Socialize at parties where you can meet friends of friends (that is much easier than meeting strangers) Talk to girls you are not interested in, they will be easier to talk to, you will be less nervous and you can transition. 18 is young. Plenty of guys your age haven't had girlfriends. My boyfriend didn't have his first girlfriend until he was 29 (me). He's also very quiet.
And get yourself tested.
