I had one of those...I just went to our manager and told the manager what was going on and the manager talked to the other person. Also, tell him/her to leave you alone. If the manager isnt around for you to talk to, tell your supervisior.

I guess you mean she interferes with your job performance? Then talk to your boss about it so that boss can be aware that you are doing all you can to do your job.

I hope you understand that she may just have a quirky personality. If she is just silly, then ignore her as best as you can, without being mean about it. You don't have to be rude. Why create more stress at work? She may retaliate and be rude too, and what mess.

Just tell them to back off politely. If that doesn't work have a pow wow with the boss. If all else fails be mean about it or find a new job. Only in extreme circumstances should you do the last one, unless your unhappy with your current job.

HAHA. I can sympathize. I used to work with a girl who was constantly inviting me to do stupid stuff and always wanted to hang out. The problem was that we had NOTHING in common. I never understood why she liked me. After I realized how different our personalities were, and how much I hated hanging out with her, I just stopped accepting invitations for any socializing.

Ignore him/her.

If you remove the gratification they will have no motivation to be annoying. Just keep on serenely working. Don't look at them. Don't acknowledge them.

Work with music on if you can. That helps me deal with my sister.
