It is normal to drop around 100 strands a day. But if you see bald spots, you are taxing your hair and body somehow. You may have a vitamin deficiency, a thyroid disorder, or high stress levels. Certain medicines can cause hair loss, including blood thinners, some antidepressants, and acne medications. Or the culprit could be chemical hair treatments like coloring, straightening, or perming. Because there are so many possible causes, your best bet is to consult your doctor. Good Luck and I hope this helps.

it could be from lack of moisture or lack of protein. You should start off with adding moisture to the hair for one week and the next week you should alternate with protein. Avoid color treatments also.

moisture:try a hot oil treatment and some type of pomade
protein: infusium 23 leave in conditioner
