Yes you can still be friends but you have to discuss the issue first t see if thing will be different between the two of you. And if you are good enough friends then things shouldn't change. Just think of to as two lonely people helping each other out. I did and we have still been the best of friends for a long time now and things will never change.

Sure why not? That all depends, of course, on the two people and the reasons they slept together in the first place. Two friends who were looking to explore a curiosity or for a little recreational release, sure why not? But if one person has an emotional attachment, then no. You're probably not going to remain friends.

I guess it depends on the person.
There are people I have slept with that I can still be friends with, but my fiance doesn't think it is possible and doesn't like me to hang around them thinking it will happen again, which I find ridiculous because if I still wanted to be with the other person I wouldn't be with him, but I digress...
If the people are mature enough, and there are no uncomfortable feelings remaining, then it is certainly possible. It happens all of the time.

I think that you are talking about sleeping together once and not doing it anymore...if so, it is possible as long as both people are mature about it. But it can be fun to joke about between each other!!

sure can... not likely but it can happen...happend to me... I accidently had sex with my best male friend and when we woke up in the morning we just kinda laughed and was like whatever and we are still best friends and it hasn't changed a thing. Except we have a nice little inside joke...
