since both resistors have same size and are in row you'll have half of the voltage on each resistor.

Since R1 = R2 = 100 ohms, the voltage across R2 is 1/2 the voltage across R1 and R2 in series.

r1 and r2 are in series.
let r3 be resistance of display.
r3 and r2 are in parallel.
Let R be equivalent resistance of r2 and r3
Thus 1/R =1/r2 + 1/r3
1/R = 1/100 + 1/200
1/R = 2/200 + 1/200 = 3/200
R=200/3 ohms
Total resistance of circuit = 100 + 200/3 ohms
=500/3 ohms
Total current =10/500/3 = 3/50A
Voltage across series resistor = 3/50 x100V=6V
Voltage across parallel resistors is then 4V

R2 and R display are in parallel and R2 is 100 and R display is 200 ohms so their parallel resistance is 66.66 ohms. Assuming that the display and R2 are the part that goes to ground, the voltage across them is (66.66/166.66) * 10 volts ... You can do the arithmetic.
