I've never had ice cream in my freezer long enough to figure that out.

I have had ice cream and sherbet in the freezer for over a year.

It was fine and one that did form some ice crystals in I simply made malts with and they were delicious !!

6 months if unopened. If opened... to avoid ice crystals....cover with plastic wrap before putting the lid on and you will not get freezer burn.

DON'T REALLY KNOW WHEN I HAVE ICE CREAM IN MINE, ITS GONE THAT DAY.
