Any Hair Experts? Plz help!!!?

Question

I have 2 queries-

1. I cant quite make out the color of my hair. From a distance they seem black, but u have a close look or look at my hair in sunshine, u'd notice that they are slighty hazel brownish. Wat shade is this? I've neva colored my hair & I was born wid blonde hair. But we Indians shave our heads off wen we are born. So since then, I've been havin this shade. I've been tellin ppl that my hair are auburn but I need to know the exact shade.

2. I have kinda medium length hair, not military short & not guitar artists' kinda long. Medium. I'd like to know wat kinda hairstyles wud suite me. I look a bit like this bloke -> http://www.mtvla.com/prensa/imagenes/shows/vmala03/alfombra/B0BF9867.jpg ! But my hair aint short as his. My face is somewat similar to him. Any suggestions abt hairstyles? Plz guide me !!!

my hair is the same way. here is what i do, and i think you should try: first you need a really good hair cut, done by a professional, it may be a little spendy, but its worth it 100%. it will get rid of the split ends and give you the base you need. you may need to do a deep conditioning treatment. this will bring the frizz levals down. use a product on your hair while its still wet after you get out of the shower. the product should control frizz, prevent split ends, and maybe more? i use something called "its a 10" it does 10 things for your hair and i love it, i got it at my salon though, its about $14 for 6oz i think, though it maybe be less. it comes in a blue bottle with a pink cap. i brush my hair while its still wet and then let it air dry and dont touch it. by using a blow dryer, your damaging your hair more, plus if you just let it dry and dont touch it, the hair shouldnt frizz. i keep my hair wavy except for my bangs, those i straighten ocasionaly, but becuase i have a good hair cut, its not like i have to staigten them before i leave the house. but make sure your using a termal protectant becuase split ends suck. i get them all the time, my hair is really dry. thats why i use so many conditioning treatments. also make sure your using a quailty shampoo and conditioner. hope it helps!!!
