Then you aren't having a heart attack. I'm sure the doctor told you this so I don't know why you think someone here is going to give you a better answer. Get tested for GERD and if it's not that, then see a counselor for anxiety.

I'd say get another opinion just in case. I've dealt with panic/anxiety attacks for years and have had similar symptoms, but not really the stomach nausea. I'm not a doctor, but just for peace of mind, get another professional opinion.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.

Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

This is going to sound crazy, but it is true. My mother thought she was having a heart attack and was having the same symptoms. Come to find out, she had low potassium. Try taking some OTC potassium pills and see if you feel better.
