I dont go to the gym cuz im underweight but i'll give you some excersices.

-Flexibility exercises such as stretching improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.
-Aerobic exercises such as walking and running focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance
-Anaerobic exercises such as weight training, functional training or sprinting increase short-term muscle strength
-lift weights
-situps
-pushups

I go 5 days one week, 6 days the next week (alternating weeks). I do the elliptical trainer for 1 hour every day I go and if I am off from work, I do an additional 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3 mph (no incline). Good luck to you!

Every night with my husband except sunday. I run for 5 miles and then do 20 minutes of weight training. Twice a week, in addition to that, I take a step aerobics class.
