You should ask a doctor about possible reasons
Before I had my daughter I was always cold, even in the summer months. After I had her I'm always hot. I have night sweats and I'm hot in the mornings until my day starts and I get moving.
Try cracking a window in your room at night or running a fan while you sleep.
Even though it's probably not menopause, it does have something to do with a hormonal imbalance.

Well, you can start into menopause as early as your mid 30's. So it could be that. There are also MANY other things it could be. Then, maybe you have the heater turned to high, or the thermostat on the electric blanket too high. And, it could be nothing at all. The only way to be sure is check the heat controls at home, after that is ruled out, see your doc.

I don't have a medical background, but do have a family member who went to the Doc for this reason. Night sweats can be a sign of diabeties. They did a test and luckily it wasn't that. I would go see a Doc.

Night sweats, alone, do not indicate a serious problem, but night sweats can be caused by all sorts of things, so you need to narrow down the possibilities by looking at other symptoms. This link lists common causes:

~It is possible that it's menopause. Are you using an electric blanket? Maybe you are using too many blankets or you have the heat up too high and don't realize it until you're asleep?
It can be nerves as well.
It's nothing to worry about. It's just very annoying.~

You might be suffering from a low grade infection (?) Your temp is spiking for some reason. It would be best to get checked out, especially if this has been going on for more than a few weeks...
