my mother in laws brother submitted an application for her 9 yrs ago one year after she decided to apply for a work permit her self and 1 year later she went through deportation proc. that resulted in volunt. derpo. when her case is called will that jeapordize her to fix her papers???

not sure but I think one deportation is all it takes not to be allowed entry!

It depends on when her priority date becomes current for the petition that her brother filed for her. If she was deported, she cannot return for a certain number of years. If that period is over by the time she can apply for her immigrant visa, then she will be allowed to return to the US.
