To harm mankind in the sense that all religious wars were started by religion. How it helped mankind, it spread christianity to places who, if they didn't believe in christianity, would be killed and accounted for the disappearance of the Aztecs and Mayans, and the driving of the Native Americans away from their homes and the enslavement of Africans.

A lot of good, huh?

Helped mankind???? When has religion ever actually HELPED mankind.

But harm, absolutely. Try just about every war that has ever been fought.

Having a moral code does not require a religion, and it never has required a religion.

Mans religion has and will destroy man kind as we know it.

Man has changed Gods times and Laws.

And also the changing of the Lords sabath day to the 1st day of the week.

whilst religions first began, they have been observed with a definite volume of religion. in all probability human beings observed a guy/female/creature do something dazzling and have been baffled with the aid of it. They created traditions, skill of worship, particular regulations interior the respect of the guy/merchandise of worship. one and all of those dispositions, in accordance to me are primitive and baseless. somebody might have had an experience of the divine or regardless of the f*** is responsible for all of this, and human beings only blindly observed. After years of recycling and exploitation, faith is an excuse to base the thank you to stay your existence. they are an utter waste of time. the only reason faith might desire to exist is only to remind us that when it contains floor certainty, it would not help lots.
