These are St. Bernard pups, we have 8 and they were born Dec 30, 2006, so they are 6 days old.

Edited to add: Congrats on the saint bernard puppies! I bet they are beautiful. Mine are basset hound puppies, born Dec. 6th.

Between 10 - 14 days is the norm. They'll be just tiny slits at first - don't try to help them open, they'll open wider on their own.
