If there is a general refusal of an entire group do to something (which there isn't), then it may be because underwear is only changed when it needs to be changed. That might be daily, it might be more often, it might be less often.

By not putting garments that are practically clean in the wash, lots of energy can be saved and hence the planet itself could avert disaster thanks to smart-thinking people reusing non-dirty underwear past the mythically important 24 hour mark.

Why are you keeping track of when other people change their underwear? I only do that with my children.

I don't think it's a big deal as long long as they are clean..wtf is everyone worried about other's underpants for anyway?

i doubt thats true, but if so, it may be that they realize that it really isnt that big of a deal.
