In the US, just about everybody has them cheap, wally world, Sam's club,

Just a note of warning ----- none of these people service what they sell, You can return it to them, but usually they tell you to call the mfg. and then the mfg will get it serviced, but you will probably have to take it to them, wait and then go pick it up.

Plasma is on the way out, and they are very difficult to repair. and do not tolerate a lot of handling.

On the high street: Comet, Currys or PC World.

Online: Hyperfi or Digital Direct.

Any of the retailers mentioned above usually has 42" plasmas for around £750-£900, which is about as cheap as they come right now.

I guess this depends on your definition of "cheap."

There are a few manufacturers that sell "cheap" 42" plasmas for around $1000.

For example, Costco sells a couple of 42" plasmas from Maxent and Envision for $999.
