Publicity stunt.

I lived in Orlando in 1998 when rainbow flags were put on the city's light posts for gay pride month. He said a hurricane would come for us. Florida remained hurricane-free that year, but a big one did hit Virginia Beach...where his ministry is based. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Dr. Pat Robertson is an Anointed Man of God, and I believe he stands in The Office of Prophet.

I do not think it is a publicity stunt to boost ratings, and donations. Dr. Robertson has
enough supporters without resorting to that.

I feel that he may be right. He has often been used of God to bring a Word of Warning. His warnings have been usually accurate. Considering the direction The US is going in, I would not be surprised to see something major coming about !

I believe 2007,will have all kinds of unexplanable events. The
ones in the know,don"t.

The part about Pat Robertson speaking to God and God talking to Him,all Believers can have that.By Prayer-Reading His Love letter, the Bible, getting alone with God.and circumstance, there will be confirmation by two or more Wittneses.--------Not Jehovah Wittneses,.

Although God does give prophecies to people, we have to look at his track record. Has he prophecied before? Has *any* of his prophecies failed before? If so, then he's speaking without knowledge and is merely pretending, and is not to be taken seriously from hence forward, as he is a false prophet, and is lying in the name of God. If 100% of his prophecies have come true in the past, then he should be heeded, since he does proclaim to be a Christian. If this is his first prophecy... well, we'll just have to wait and see, won't we?

I still wonder why anyone follows this whackjob.

"His warnings have been usually accurate."???? Have you not been paying attention? So where's those horrible 2006 storms, and that tsunami in the NW Pacific?

And isn't there something in the Bible against divination and prophesying? Or is it okay because he claims that God is telling him these things? So did God just LIE to him about the storms last year?

I honestly think that it could happened; however, It really is an educated guess!! You must realize something major could derive from the execution of Saddam. I do belive that it is a publicity stunt to boost of popularity in U.S.

Prophecy?? Mr. Robertson has shared his wierd ideas previously, and none of them have had any effect on the actual lives of real human beings - unless of course you place any faith in them, in which case they may very well cause you a lot of fear and trepidation over nothing.

i dont think it will happen. Not this year or next, but many mystics have been prophecying that 7 to 10 cities will be destroyed in America. IF people repent, God will save all people from desctruction as he did with Ninevah.

Well, what is the tally already including Afghanistan and Iraq.

It's not beyond the realm of reason someone might get a nuke and use it. We all know a few extremists who would have NO hesitation pulling the pin on that one!

I don't believe. Apparently his previous predictions did not come true too.

Yes, I think it is all a publicity stunt by a senile old man.
