Why isn't my last question resolved and why wasn't I allowed to choose a best answer???

You have to choose a best answer?

Wait till 4 hours after asking the question, but do it before the question is put up for voting

You have to wait at least four hours before choosing a best answer. It wasn't always like that.

Try to choose a best answer after 4 hrs. That's what I do had no problems~Good Luck~
