Everytime I visit Hong Kong I need eyedrops and I get a HUGE nosebleed. Any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening too?

I would take sudafed before and while you are there, so you eyes won't be dry and itchy, thats what I take during the spring time. But I am not sure how to prevent nose bleeds. During the winter I get a little blood from my nose here and there, but not sure how to prevent that, maybe where u stay , you could us a humidifier thing.??..something that cleans the air??

Nosebleeds can occur spontaneously when the nasal membranes dry out, crust, and crack. This is common in dry climates, or during the winter months when the air is dry and warm from household heaters..If you are prone to recurrent nosebleeds, it is often helpful to try lubricating the nose with an ointment of some type. This can be applied with a Q-tip or your fingertip up inside the nose, especially on the middle portion (the septum). Many patients use A & D ointment, Mentholatum, Vicks Vaporub, polysporin/neosporin ointment, or Vaseline. Saline mist nasal spray is often helpful

That is due to the location of the country. In Mexico City, I had a slight nose bleed. It is too high in relation to the sea level.

It is due to the dry air, get moisturizing eye drops and saline nose spray. It will help to keep the membranes moist. My daughter has this issue in when the air is very dry.

Talk to your Dr...it sounds like an allergies. Sometimes allergies do weird things like that.

Good Luck
