You are never too old for love letters! I had a freind who boasted about his grandparents love for each other...he said that his grandpa wrote love letters to his grams every valentines and anniversary.....
I write a love poem for my husband every anniversary and he's given me several in the past year.
Love has no rules or age limits! Do what your hearts feels and you can't go wrong!
God Bless!

You are never too old! I am 34 and I have been with my husband since I was 15. I still can't help but smile when I think of him. He can still make me weak in the knees. I will be doing normal, everyday things and I'll see or hear something and the first thing I want to do is tell him about it. I write him love letters or give him cards all the time. I mean, I don't do it so often that it becomes routine, but I do it often enough for him to know I mean it. Sometimes it will be a simple card, or a two page letter, or just a little post it note telling him I love him put where he'll find it. He does the same for me, although not quite as often. The desire, the need, to write those letters is proof that you are in a good relationship with your soul mate. Congratulations!!!

RE:
How old is too old to write love letters or fall in love for the first time?
I am in my mid thirtees. I've didn't have any luck in meeting a good man in the past. So I gave up on love out of frustration. Then all of a sudden 2 years a go I met a wonderful man. Now I am engaged to be married. I am head over heals in love with him. I want him to know how much he...

Hi...
This is so good, what you are going thru.
i found the love olmost at the age of 30. i was 27.
now i am 34, and live with this person until now.
based on my own experience its really good to write letters, speccially love letters when you say all the beautifull things that you are feeling.
and i guess its really romantyc, and we dont have to feel ashamed about that.
remember: there is not age to fall in love. and yes we feel all those buterfflies on our stomaches. it doesnt matter if it hapens when we are 15 or 30. we feel exactly the same.
but there is only a sugestion that i should make. if you have realy important things to say to him. please speak with him on person. not by a letter.
I guess the key of succes on relation ships is the comunication. and when you do that on person and speaking face to face and looking on the eyes is the best way to solve every little problem or big problem.
Its less romanthic but more efective.

In your 30's is not old at all! There is no specific age when you fall in love. Who cares if it took you until now to find the right guy for you? Be happy you didn't just settle for someone else before just because you wanted to be with someone. I am happy that you are so in love now and you should never be ashamed to write just how you feel for him. My husband and I have been together since we were 16 and we are now in our late 30's. We still get each other cards and leave little notes here and there for each other. I think if you keep the magic alive it only adds to your relationship. Have fun and keep telling him just how in love with him you are!!!

You are never too old to write anyone a love letter. I think it's the sweetest thought! What you should do is write him one describing how you felt from the first day you met al the way up to when he proposed to you!
Good luck, I think this is the sweetest thing!

You are NEVER to old, but both sexes tend to get cynical up to a certain age (about 50), after that men for some reason start becoming more compassionate, and are touched by things like that, even though at one time in their life they would have been annoyed.
Perhaps it is the declining testosterone levels.
You know your love, and if you are attracted to him, he will likely appreciate your expressions of love.

I'm in my 50's and often write either a love letter, poem or quick note to my fiance to tell her how much she means to me and how grateful I am that she is in my life. Personally I believe that your never too old to do such things and if you lose this ability then it is a sad day. Congrats on falling in love and your engagement.

Of course you are not too old to fall head over hills in love in your 30's. First evaulate your feeling. Meaning, is this really love or the idea of being in love, and weigh it from there. Good Luck!!!!
