My first priority is a sense of humor. Since I like to joke around a lot, she needs to have one. Second, she should be honest, not with just me, but herself as well. I can come up with a few, but those are my first 2 priorities.

Faithfulness and honesty. Don't cheat. Don't Lie... I think most women want that also. Trust is one of the most important things in any relationship and if you cheat and lie you won't have it.
