Well it really happens who have english their second language. If you are not able to carryon reading books for a long time just try this method..
take the newspaper and start reading the title page in which long passages are there. just read these lenghty articles while SPEAKING thats necessary. but you have to do hardwork also keeping the Dictionary with you if you are not very good at vocabulary also. Speaking while reading will give you confidence and also open your mouth muscles. You will get success.

Well, what's the reason you stop wanting to read on the second day?
Are the books too difficult/easy so you give up because you have trouble understanding/too easy? Then go for something a little less/more intense and written more for your "level" of English.

Are the stories boring to you? Go for a different genre of literature.

Do you even like to read a great deal in your native language? If not, perhaps book reading is not for you. Go for something that you're into. Like comic books? Read English comic books. Like video games? Play video games in only English. (Usually ones designated as "RPGs" will give you the most dialog.

i am going to first recommend some novels that i extremely savour Dean Koontz (suspense) Any of his books are strong yet commence with one in each of those. Strangers Watchers darkish Rivers of the middle One Door faraway from Heaven superb Thomas Terry Goodkind (fantasy) The Sword of truth series "Wizards First Rule" is the first of the 11 novel series i do not examine a lot technology Fiction yet I listen that Isaac Asimov is powerful. For technology books that are not novels bypass to the library and bypass to the technology area and %. a e book of a technology branch that pastime you. The technology sort is a huge one so till you're extra particular i can't help you.

By reading, you can simply improve your reading skills, but not speaking and pronunciation, which is one of the most importand aspects of English. You can not improve your speaking and writing abilities unless you communicate with people in either written or verbal form.
Remember you can't learn to swim unless you get into water.
